Are you struggling with old habits? Are you even aware of your habits? To Change your life it’s necessary to change your habits. Without changing your habits you will simply do same mistakes over and over again.

First of all, what are habits?

Kamil Migas Blog Business and Personal DevelopmentIn the first line at Wikipedia.org, it’s written: “A habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur unconsciously.” So how can you know that you are living in bad habits if everything happens unconsciously?
It’s hard to recognize your own habits and it’s even more hard to change them, but did you realize that it’s so easy to find habits of other people? This might be very helpful to some of you. You could ask somebody, your spouse, friend, parent to point out the things that they think it’s your habit. Yeah, it might be annoying at the first, but you want to change and you will do anything to succeed right?

There are hundreds of different habits that could stop you from succeeding but in this blog post, I will point only a few very important habits.

Habit #1: Waiting for the right moment.

Waiting for the right moment is just simply wasting your time. There is no such a thing. Waiting for the right moment is just simply an excuse and a habit. It’s not only about a business, it’s about everything. If you are waiting for the right moment in life then it becomes your habit. Soon or later you will be waiting for te right moment at everything you do.

Habit #2: Comparing yourself to others.

This is a really heavy habit because comparing yourself to others brings you nothing than just frustration. You need to understand that you are unique. Even your business model is same as others, even you are using same tools and resources you are still you not that another person. It’s great to learn from others but don’t compare yourself and your level of success to other. Find a way to succeed that works for you.

Habit #3: Complaining.

It’s so easy to complain about something or somebody but does it bring anything good? I highly recommend you to read the book “The Secret”, or, at least, watch it’s movie version. You can find it HERE. When you complain all the time about something or somebody you create a bad vibration and you start to attract the bad vibration as well. Complaining doesn’t bring you anything good, it doesn’t bring you the money and it doesn’t bring you the happiness as well. If you stop complaining you will start to attract positive vibrations and then the magic starts to happen.

Habit #4: Blaming.

Everybody wants to blame somebody for something, it makes us feel good not taking the responsibilities for our mistakes and not succeeding. You need to realize that whatever is happening in your life is happening because of you. I am not talking about your parent’s or your Anne aunt’s life and things that happened or are currently happening in their lives. yes, some parts of their lives might affect you, but at the end you make the final decision, you decide to succeed no matter what or to hide in the box so no one can find you. Stop blaming people for the things that you choose. If you are not successful right now that’s no one’s fault. It’s your responsibility and only you have the power to change it.

Habit #5: Running away from your fears.

Wait, wait. Is this a habit? Yes, it is. You’ve been running away from your fears and giving p all your life since you were a little child. Whenever something scared you or somebody tried to damage you in any way you were running away. This behavior started to be your habit. Now when you are at your entrepreneur or even life journey as an adult you still keep running away from your fears. it may not look like you are running away from your fears because you are not a little kid anymore. That’s called EXCUSES. Whenever there is something to do that you are afraid of, you come up with a brilliant excuse! “I can’t do it because I have to do the laundry right now”, “I will do it later because now I just don’t feel this way”. All of that is a crap and you know it. Stop saying excuses to things that you are scared of or you don’t feel comfortable doing. The simplest way to change this habit is to do what you are afraid of. So my suggestion is to do what you are afraid of if it doesn’t kill you. I mean if that thing physically doesn’t kill your body just do it.

Of course, there are many other habits and behaviors that dictate your success but if you change at least 1 of whose habits your life will change forever.
