MLM, an amazing business industry with no limits of income and growth. Many people start network marketing business in a hope of changing their lives. Millions of people already change their lives because of this amazing industry but way more people are still trying to get there.
Network Marketing as an industry is brilliant because you don’t have to invest a lot of money to start and if you are good you can actually earn passive income that will allow you to live the life you want. If you are reading this post it means that probably you are trying to grow your network marketing business and it means that you didn’t lose the hope.
Well, the main reasons are false expertise, lack of knowledge and self-doubt. Of course, there could be much more reasons like the fear of rejection or the fear of people’s opinion. But in this post, I will try to give you some tips so you could become a MLM pro recruiter.
Believe in yourself. It’s very important to believe in your product or the company but most important thing is to believe in yourself. Maybe in the past you failed, maybe something didn’t work out but failing doesn’t make you a failure. As long as you are trying you can succeed. And I am sure there are times in your life where you succeed. So believe in yourself because even I don’t know you personally I know you have the potential to become great at whatever it is you do.
Be yourself. In network marketing, we have many leaders who can teach you how to grow the MLM business. But you shouldn’t do EVERYTHING exact same as they do. The knowledge from the Top Earners should be translated to fit your personality and your lifestyle. One strategy might work for someone but it doesn’t mean that it will work for you.
For example, if you are a kind, quiet person that doesn’t want to harm anybody feelings, the way Cesar L. Rodriguez recruits might not be for you. But if you are a hardcore person who cares about the others but also wants to do whatever it takes to reach the goal, you might consider learning from Cesar’s Video HERE.
Different people have different personalities and that’s because your upline goes hardcore on prospects it doesn’t mean that you have to do the same. Learn from your upline how to overcome objections but translate this knowledge to match your personality.
Know your product. It’s not necessary to know all the details about the business or company. But you need to know your product well, because if someone asks you about the product and you will not have an answer to it your prospects will be pulled back. The best way to know your MLM Product is to constantly use it. It doesn’t matter if it’s a weight loss shake or a free vacation. When you talk to your prospects you will be more confident talking about your product and business that’s because you personally drink it or experienced it.
Don’t dance for your prospects. Ray Higdon always says that he doesn’t dance for his prospects. Remember those cowboy movies where the bad guys shoot their guns around somebody’s legs and say “dance boy!” That’s exactly what most of your prospects will try to do to you. Realize that you have the opportunity to change their lives. You experienced the product, you know it works so there is anybody that can tell you that it doesn’t work. You need to keep in mind that you are giving your prospects a favor by showing them this amazing opportunity. The problem is that most of the network marketers think that the prospects give them a favor by listening to them.
Curiosity trigger. When you prospect someone for your MLM Business, don’t ever say everything. If you say everything including your company name, team name, products, places etc. before people will tell you “YES” or “NO” to your business they will search for it on the internet. As you know, you can find amazing things on the internet but there is also a lot of people who love to give a bad opinion to something. So if your prospects start to do the research on the internet about your business, they will find something negative about it. And then it will be much harder for you to close them.
Use stories. If you didn’t create great results with your network marketing business it’s OK. You still can become a network marketing pro recruiter. The key here is to use someone’s stories. You should be attending your company events because there you can hear many stories of someone who went from the bottom to the top. So when you are talking to your prospects use leaders stories because it works on your prospect’s imagination and makes them feel believe that they achieve that kind of high level of success also.
Say less to more people. Yes, that’s right. You have tools you can use to present your business and you need to realize that you don’t have to recruit everybody. I always say that your job is to find people who are open and ready to go. If you try to recruit everybody, it will take a long time before you grow your business and for sure you will be frustrated.
If you recruit people who are super negative and they joined only because they just wanted to “try”. Will you want to deal with their negative vibes all the time in your journey? I don’t think so. You don’t need to recruit everyone, focus on people who are positive, are open minded and want to change their lives. Focus on people who you would love to work with for many years. You should stay away from people, who have even a bit of negative vibes or have hundreds of excuses and gives you a hard time. You wouldn’t want to work with them anyway.
