You can use these tips for any kind of sales business, especially for Network Marketing.

One BIG mistake most people do when it comes to prospecting and closing is
that they are focusing on the benefit for  themselves when new person joins their business. Even you don’t say that loud but you keep thinking about it your prospects  can feel it. If you want to sell or recruit more reps focus on the benefit for them.

 Would you join “me! me! me!” person ? 

If you are selling your product focus on what it can do for them, save their money, lose their weigh etc. You have to give them good reason that will make them to say “YES“.

When it comes to recruiting, focus on WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR THEM. You can help them with marketing, recruiting, 3 way calls etc. A person joining your business need to know that is going to have support, that you won’t sign him/her up and just say “ok. go sell!”. You also need to describe what you mean by “support”. If you just say “I am going to support you man! You don’t know what kind of support that person is expecting. Maybe that person is expecting meeting with you on skype every single day for 3 hours and if you can’t make it that person will quit. That’s why you need to explain what you mean by “support”.

When you are recruiting other Network Marketers focus on the benefit for them and on what they like which is TrainingTraining - Network marketing - Recruiting - Closing - Kamil Migas -MLM.
It doesn’t matter if you are talking to a person who is becoming a Leader or you are talking to a person who has a lot of success.
“A person that is becoming a Leader knows that he/she needs more training.”
“A person that is already a Leader will know that if you have good training they don’t have to “babysit” all the time their new recruits.”

So when you are talking to network marketers make sure you tell them about your community, team and training because that’s what they care about.
