So for example if you are in the situation where you have a lot of financial problems your positive affirmation could be “I am happy that my financial situation is great“.
The trick here is that you can’t use negative words or statements with your affirmations because then a part of it will focus on the negativity. So you can’t create an affirmation that looks like this: “My current situation sucks but I will get better soon“. In this one sentence, there are a lot of negative and not supporting words that will prevent you from fixing your financial situation.
1. “My current situation sucks” – you are basically telling yourself that your life sucks and there is no hope.
2. “It will get better soon” – this statement is not empowering at all because of the word “soon“. This sentence tells you that you hope for a better situation but you have no idea when it comes, maybe tomorrow or maybe after 10 years.

Create a Positive Affirmation that is the opposite of your current “bad” situation.
If you have health problems you can create affirmation like this: “I am happy and grateful that I am perfectly healthy“.
If you have marriage problem you can keep saying to yourself: “I am happy that my marriage is perfect and I love my partner so much”
Remember that the key to creating positive affirmations is focusing on the positivity and the affirmation should make you believe that the good thing is happening right now.
