People too often believe that they are going to build a strong team and no one or only a few people will quit. Well, to be honest, a lot of people will quit. you should be ok with it because the members who are strong enough will stay to create a breakthrough but I will talk about it later.
There can be so many reasons. Maybe they didn’t like the system, maybe they found a better opportunity, maybe they didn’t like your organization or they left because they are just natural quitters. It’s very hard to write all the reasons on why people quit because everybody has a different reason.
Quitters will quit no matter how good your business it. It’s kinda their job to stick around for a while, quit and start something else. Should you get emotions and drop your tear on the pillow before you fall asleep because someone quit? No way. You need to focus on a different thing.
You are building a strong team and you don’t have time to focus on those who decided to leave. If you spend too much time on those who quit then your team will break and you will be alone. Instead of focusing on Quitters use your time for those who are building your team and those who are at least trying to build. Those people are hungry and strong enough to build a business with you.
Sometimes people will tell you all the bad things about you and your team and they will say that this is a reason of them quitting. Now your job is to figure out if what they are saying is actually true or they are jus upset and they say it to hurt you. As I mentioned before, you shouldn’t focus on Quitters but if they say that you or your team is the reason of them quitting, you shouldn’t ignore it. Try to find out what’s going on with your team and ask your existing members what they think about ….. (whatever quitter said). If you notice some negative energy or some issue that’s good because you have the power to fix it. If other members will have no idea what the Quitter is talking about it means they were just upset and they used you as their excuse.
You should be supportive and you should be an inspiration for your team. Your Network Marketing team should become a part of your family. This is how you build a stronger relationship with your team and this is how you can help them succeed. But, it’s very difficult to make a Quitter stay, so you shouldn’t even try. Those people will search for the excuses and reasons to leave so just let them leave your team. You always can find a better leader who will join your team.
The funniest part is that you don’t know who is a quitter until they quit. So you should treat your teammates well, help them when they as for help and instead of looking for quitters you should look for the good and amazing sides of your existing team.
