Why is this industry difficult? Do you want things to be easier? In this blog post, I will prove that you want a thing that you really don’t want. So many people are coming to this industry start to complain about their product, about how it’s hard to prospect cold markets and learning all new skills.
Is it bad that things are difficult? Not at all, in my opinion, it’s great and I’m thankful for it.
What do I mean is that you want a thing that you don’t really want? Well if things were easy probably there won’t be good money to earn. Really think about it, if it was easy then everybody around you will be a millionaire.
People come to this industry with wrong expectations. They think that soon after they join they will be able to earn a lot of money. In some companies you are able to earn money soon after you join, that’s true but it won’t be a lot and it won’t be residual. People who earn tons of money in network marketing they did they efforts, they spend hours and hours on learning skills. If talking to strangers was easy everybody would do that if marketing was easy everybody would do that. If it was easy your company will not have different ranks that you can achieve.
Please understand, doing everything that’s easy won’t give you big results. Even you are great at something and it seems easy to you I suggest you to do additional things that are not easy. By doing what’s hard, we grow and when we are able to grow our business and our wallet grows too. So stop saying “I wish a thing to be easier” and start to wish you to get better.
Some of you may get scared and stop doing this business. Well, this industry is not for everybody, it’s not for chosen few but for those who choose. Keep in mind that people who you see on stage weren’t born as a leader, they became one. They were exactly in the same situation as you, some of them were even in worse situations and they could become top earners. My friend was in personal foreclosure, lost everything, failed in 9 different networking companies but he wanted to succeed so bad that no matter of his circumstances he could become a top earner in our company.
Here is a very important tip: focus on who you want to become and stop focusing on your current circumstances. “Pain pushes you until Vision pull you”
Don’t wish for things to be easier, do your effort and get better at what you do. At the end, your results will be much greater!
