You can try to build your downline by recruiting people one by one, but it’s almost impossible to succeed if there is no duplication in your team. To build your Network Marketing organization you need to prospect and bring new people to your team but you also need to focus on helping your downline to build their own teams. This way your business will grow very fast.
People in your organization need to understand fully company’s product. They can’t possibly talk about something they don’t know, so the knowledge of the product is one of the most important things.
The fastest way to learn about company’s product is to start using it. So you need to let your team know that they should start using the product if they want to sell it. Your job is to explain about the product more and possibly collect your team’s opinions about the product. By doing that you will know what your downline think about the product and what kind of answers they should have when somebody hits them with an objection.
Online/Offline Meetings. This is a very important key. Your team can’t feel that they are just a REP in a network marketing company. If you want your team to stay and if you want your team to be excited to bring new people to your organization you need to build a team culture.
Too many people think about downline as numbers or just reps. The success in network marketing comes from building a strong relationship with your team and overcoming mountains together.
Be the Leader. The best way to motivate your team is to show them how it’s done. I am not telling you to go and recruit 50 people in 2 days because it’s almost impossible. But, your team need to see that you are taking action. Even you bring only 2 new people per week, your downline will be inspired. They will see that something is going on and the organization grows. My wife always says “You can’t tell somebody to do something when you even can’t do it“, at some point I agree with it.
You can teach something that you’ve learned because you are just passing a knowledge from one person to another but with building MLM Team is different. If you want your team to bring new people to your organization, first you need to be the one showing them that you are working hard for success and bringing new people.
Recognition. This is huge because it fires your team up! Create a Facebook group for your team, where everyone can communicate with each other. When you see that somebody in your team is taking any action to build the team recognize him or her inside the Team Group.
If you are just starting and you don’t have really duplication yet, you can recognize somebody for daily product promoting, for prospecting 10 people a day etc. Of course, when someone recruits a new person, the recognition should be bigger and louder. You need to let your team know that someone except you is on the move to build the team and change their lifestyle. This will impact your downline because most of them would like to be recognized.
