Be prepared IN CASE something will go wrong, so you should be fully optimistic but in case something will go wrong you already should have a plan how to handle it.

Notice that when you have a plan for handling a bad scenario your emotions automatically are calmer.

How To Feel Better Keep LearningNo matter what kind of business you do or what struggle you want to overcome, you should treat everything as a learning process.  Today my friend and coach Cesar said that he always thought that Failing equal Stopping / Giving up. So even things weren’t going his way, he thought that if he never gives up then he will never fail.

Whatever you are attempting to do you should treat it as a learning process. No matter what you do there are gonna be days that Sucks and there are gonna be situations that you would want to quit. You need to understand that often bad things happen so you could learn something new or become stronger.

So if you treat everything as a learning process you will better because you will know that you are on the right path and this event that is about to happen will teach you an important lesson.
