London Training Part 2

In last post I was talking about joining events and that people who does not connect with other marketers think that they are struggling all alone.

In this post I wanted to share something very interesting which is posture and the art of selling.

Most people expect that salesman will try to sell a product by Building Rapport, being very nice and then do everything to MAKE customer to buy.  Most of network marketers do exactly the same; sometimes they push so hard that prospect gets annoyed and runs away. If someone will try to sell you something or will try to recruit to a business and you will say “I don’t know, maybe not etc.” will you change your mind if that person starts to force you to say yes or will keep talking about their awesome opportunity? I think you will get more turned off than turned on right?

Understand, one of the powerful things in prospecting procedure is Posture. If someone says “NO!” it means “NO, FOR NOW”. Stop forcing people to say yes, there is another way to get “YES” without greeting objections (I’ll write about it in another post).

Ray Higdon - Jessica Higdon - Network Marketing - Kamil Migas - Training - Prospecting - Recruiting - Closing - Blog - Customer–  Long time ago some professional man called Ray, he told Ray that he was watching Ray’s videos at YouTube and that he is interested in joining the this company. Than he asked Ray “Why should I join you?!!!!”
Than Ray got postured and just said “Maybe you shouldn’t”.

This actually Turned that person ON because he was expecting Ray’s explanation like “I’m the best, I will make you succeed! Etc. ;)“ but by simple postured answer “Maybe you shouldn’t!” that prospect felt like “wow, this person doesn’t need me, seems like he is serious about his business! I want to work with him!”.
When somebody is negative or is trying to make you dance pull back. When you start to be postured and not really care whatever that person says Yes or No you will notice that while talking to prospects they will try to convince you that they are good and that you need them. That is very powerful because then you can get “Yes” immediately.

Probably many of you think “But I really need people/money/need to make things work!” Well I understand how you feel. But if you keep begging people to join or buy your numbers won’t get better. PRETTY PLEASE JOIN ME posture TURNS PEOPLE OFF, if someone can feel that you need them there is a big chance that they won’t join you.
