Interested - Sad - Professional - Network Marketing - Kamil Migas - Training - Prospecting - Recruiting - Closing - Blog - Customer - MLMAre people not interested? In our profession, many people make a common mistake when it comes to recruiting new rep. Most of the people who you are going to talk to won’t be interested in what you offer.
I believe your opportunity is great but you may be doing small mistake which turns your prospects Off and you don’t even know why.

What is that small but very important mistake?
When you are presenting your Business Opportunity to your prospects what kind of language you use? I bet some of you use “own business” part a lot. Many network marketers think that if they explain about having the own business it will pull people to them and people will join with a big smile on their face.  The reality is that most of the people DO NOT WANT to own a business; they don’t want to become an entrepreneur. Most of those people don’t want to start a business because they are scared, they understand that owning a business is a big responsibility; they don’t want to do efforts with small results at the beginning etc. There can be hundreds of reasons why people are not interested at all in owning a business.

So when you are presenting them your opportunity and saying something like “You can have your own business!”, “you will become a business owner and people will work for you!” etc. automatically you are turning that person off. I am not saying that all people are like that, there are many people who want to become Entrepreneur and they are looking for Network Marketing Opportunities, but the truth is that most of the people are not interested.

So how do you present your business? There is one thing that you could change in your language.
Instead of forcing people to become a business owner talk about Cash Flow and Team.

If you get 10 or 20 random people and ask them if they want to become a Business Owners probably most of them will say “no” or they will say Cash Flow - Sad - Professional - Network Marketing - Kamil Migas - Training - Prospecting - Recruiting - Closing - Blog - Customer - MLM“yes” but in their mind, they will be saying “No Way!”
but if you ask the same 10 or 20 people if they were interested in more Cash Flow most of them or all of them will say “Yes!”. Everybody is interested in more cash flow, the richest people, every employee, your brothers, sisters, cousins and lady from bakery ;)

Using word “team” is not powerful as much as “cash flow” but it will attract some great people.
You can imagine that “Business Owner” = at the first working alone, working a lot, BIG responsibility and a lot to learn. “Teamwork”, will make your prospects feel a little bit more secure. Subconsciously they will know that they are not alone, they will have somebody to get advice and help from, doing something together makes you braver ;)

So a lesson for today, doesn’t try to put an idea of “owning a business” into their head. Show them what they want and need. After they see your opportunity, they may join, after that they will want to do more and become a professional in this industry.  Don’t try to tell your prospects that they can Fly if they can’t even walk straight yet ;) Show them and teach them little by little, don’t put a heavy stone on their back and tell them to RUN! The time will come when some of your people will stand up from the crowd and will say “I want to go BIG!” GoPro - Sad - Professional - Network Marketing - Kamil Migas - Training - Prospecting - Recruiting - Closing - Blog - Customer - MLM
