Do what is fear? Fear is an emotion which takes advantage of our life.
There is so many types of fear. Fear of rejection, losing someone, embarrassment, fear of heights, speed, and darkness. And of course everyone is afraid of losing money.
All of them are different but created in one critical place. In our Mind!
Let me show you an example.
Imagine that you are on the some seminar and in that room we have 1000 audience.
Let’s say it No Excuses Summit. There is that guy Gary Vaynerchuk. He speaks about all the crazy AWESOME ideas. Suddenly he looks at audiences and calls 2 people to come up on the stage. One of them will be so happy, will be so excited and will say “Thank you, thank you for this opportunity, I always wanted to be on the stage in front of thousands”. Another person will be sweating, beating hands nails and might even do some dirty job in their pants. (I am sorry for this example but I really want you to get the picture ;))
So where is fear? Is it on the stage or in Gary or in the audience? Of course not, fear is only in that person head. So where does that fear come from?
One of reason why you have fear is your experience when you were a child.
Maybe when you were young someone was laughing at you or your clothes or hairstyle?
Or you had situation which made you very, very embarrass? Those emotional feelings are stocked in your subconscious mind.

How do I control my fear?
You have to practice acting in spite of fear. Not only about money or business. Act in spite of fear all the time, in work, in house, on travel. Every day there are so many situations which freaks you out! If it doesn’t kill you just DO IT. Show yourself that you are in control of your life, not your overprotective mind.
