First of all, you shouldn’t recruit negative people. If someone is very negative and gives you a hard time then don’t recruit them. I know you want to grow your network marketing business. But if you recruit someone that is negative it may even prevent growing your business.
How? It’s enough that he or she will bring negative vibes to your team.
So if you are prospecting someone and you see that they are negative just don’t recruit them, go find someone who is open, who is positive. You should recruit people into your network marketing business who are Positive, energetic and who You would love to work with.
Many people don’t understand when it comes to recruiting people is the posture. Too many people beg or force people to buy their product or join their Network Marketing Business. This doesn’t help you at all, it just shows your prospect that you are desperate, it just shows that you Need to make that sale or recruit that person to survive. Don’t do that. I know you are hungry and you want to sign up everybody, but you will get much better results when you let them know that you are all in, you would love to work with them but if they are not open that’s not a big deal.
So if someone tells you “No” or that this business is probably not good for them, instead of talking to them from the up “What?! It’s perfect for you. You can do this. Join me today so we can make money tomorrow!” just say “Cool. probably you are right. Maybe it’s not for you” this will make all the difference because your prospect is used to being pitched and forced to buy things. If you try to close them with posture some will leave, but some will get really curious about you and your business and that will attract them to you and you will get a sign-up.
