„I have no results! This product sucks!”

When people don’t have results in our profession they try to find some problems with products or compensation plan. What do you think, which one is the reason for not having good results in your company?

Let’s talk about a product.
Product in your company is for everybody right? The woman, man, 20 y/o and 60 y/o people are selling the same product, right? There are no different products that can by sell by woman or man etc.
So if you can see someone succeed wit this product it means it’s not products fault right?
Check your leader’s board, you can find so many different people there, young, middle age, different sex.
“Maybe the product is good, but I still don’t have good results. It must be Compensation Plan!
For sure it’s compensation plan. Everybody has a different one so some people can have better results. ;)

Understand that compensation plan is same for everybody!  So if others could create success with your company’s compensation plan it means you also can do it!

“Wait a second, so why I don’t have good results? It must be product or compensation plan!Myself - Amateur - Professional - Network Marketing - Kamil Migas - Training - Prospecting - Recruiting - Closing - Blog - Customer - MLM Oh or maybe it’s my Up line or maybe it’s really scam :O ?”

How about you? The Product is good, the compensation plan is good and people have success in your company, how about? Don’t you think that your results depend on YOU?

I am 100% sure that your results depend on your performance. How much you put value into your company, how good you are on recruiting, teaching your team etc. Stop searching for “problems” within your company and learn some new skills. Some people think that they don’t need all this “Personal Development” thing. Realize that your personal growth dictates your results, how your teammates look at you and how strong your posture is.

If you are a person that complains about product, compensation plan, up the line, down the line etc. First thing you should do is go to the book store, get some Personal Development and business books and start to learn. Know yourself, your weak and strong point. Learn new skills and do your best! These will give you results it whatever you do!
