Learn From Your Mistakes

Learn From Your Mistakes - Kamil Migas BlogThere is 1 problem with many people that they don’t learn from their mistakes. People keep making the same mistakes over and over. The reason why people don’t learn at all and they keep failing at the same point of their journey are because they focus on the wrong thing.

Instead of focusing on how “bad” you are and instead of blaming someone else for your failure people should focus on what went wrong, what caused the failure. If people review their previous action and they don’t make the same mistake ever again they could have High-Speed Growth in their business.

Walk If You Can’t Jump

Another important thing is that people always try to learn and do things quickly. Doesn’t matter what it is, people don’t want to spend hours and hours on learning and developing new skills.

Of course, there are geniuses that can learn something very difficult in just an hour, but let’s be honest, most of the people are not like that. They key to success is not only learning from mistakes but also taking a time to develop the skills. If you failed 3 times at something, make sure that 4th time you will make a little progress. It can be a very small thing, sometimes things that seem not important are the things that are the most important. For example, if it took you 1 hour to write a blog post, next time do what you can to write a blog post in 58 minutes.

This is important because if you notice, you will be able to write a blog post in about 30 min on your 20th post. Now most of the people would say “I need to wait for 20 more days to be able to write a post in 30 min? I don’t have a time for it“. Well, this is exactly what I am talking about, people want results now, but think about it is it better to be stressed and frustrated and not make the progress for the next 10-20 days or take it easy and do a small progress every day?

The important thing is to keep moving forward. If you can’t jump, walk. If you can’t walk crawl. The key to getting results and succeed in whatever you do is to keep moving forward even slowly and learn just a bit from previous mistakes. If with your project you can make 30 different mistakes and if you eliminate 1 mistake each time you attempt to complete the project, 31st time you won’t make any mistake and the result will be impressive.
